an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them
carefully.

You agree to use woosmell.com only for lawful purposes and in a way
that doesn't infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of
the site. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts,
or cancel orders at our discretion if we suspect misuse.
3. ACCOUNT
You may place an order as a guest, or create an account. You're
responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all
activity that happens under your account.
4. PRODUCTS & PRICING - Prices are shown in USD (or the currency selected at checkout).
- Prices and product availability can change without notice.
- We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and
scents accurately. Scent perception is subjective; minor variation
is not considered a defect.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If we discover an
obvious error in your order, we'll contact you before processing,
and you can proceed at the correct price or cancel.
5. ORDERS & PAYMENT
- Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a binding contract. We
may accept or decline your order for any reason (stock, pricing
error, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions).
- If we decline your order after payment, you'll receive a full
refund within 7 business days.
- Payment is processed when the order is accepted, not at dispatch.
- We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (currently
including PayPal).
6. SHIPPING
Shipping terms (destinations, costs, delivery estimates, customs) are
set out in our Shipping Policy, which is part of these Terms.
7. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Return and refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy, which is
part of these Terms.
8. RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from WooSmell® are made pursuant to a shipment
contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you when the
carrier delivers the package to your address.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site — product names, descriptions, photos,
logos, scent names, design — is owned by WooSmell® or our licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit any
of it without written permission.
10. USER CONTENT
If you submit reviews, photos, or other content to us, you grant
WooSmell® a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use,
reproduce, and display that content in connection with our marketing.
You confirm you own the content or have the right to share it, and
that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
11. HEALTH & SAFETY
Our scented sachets are home fragrance products. They are not food,
cosmetics, or medical products. Keep away from open flames and out of
reach of small children and pets. Discontinue use if you experience
irritation.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WooSmell® is not liable for
any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising
from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for
any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid
for that order.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold WooSmell® harmless from any claim
arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.
14. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Shenzhen, Guangdong,
China, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country give
you the right to bring claims locally.
15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date"
at the top will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the
site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
