SHIPPING POLICY

WHERE WE SHIP FROM
All WooSmell® orders ship from our facility in Shenzhen, China.
WHERE WE SHIP TO
We currently ship to the United States only. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or countries subject to international sanctions. If you are outside the U.S. and would like to be notified when we expand, email woosmell2026@gmail.com.
ORDER PROCESSING
- Orders placed Mon–Fri before 12:00 PM China Standard Time (UTC+8) typically ship within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or Chinese public holidays ship the next business day.
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves our facility.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

TRACKING
Every order includes end-to-end tracking. Tracking updates may be delayed 24–48 hours after dispatch while the carrier scans the package into their network.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES
For orders shipped outside China, your country may charge import duties, VAT, GST, or handling fees on arrival. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are NOT included in our prices or shipping fees. You are responsible for paying them. WooSmell® cannot mark orders as "gift" or undervalue shipments to avoid these fees.
LOST PACKAGES
- If tracking shows "Delivered" but you can’t find the package, check with neighbors, household members, and your local post office first. Then email us within 7 days and we’ll work with the carrier.
- If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days after dispatch, email us — we’ll open a carrier investigation. Confirmed lost packages are replaced or fully refunded.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Email woosmell2026@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and item. We’ll send a free replacement or refund in full.
ORDER CHANGES & ADDRESS CORRECTIONS
Email woosmell2026@gmail.com within 12 hours of ordering if you need to change the shipping address. Once a package has been dispatched we can no longer redirect it.
